ABIGAIL DE CASANOVA NEWSLETTER
Vol. 1, No. 1 October 15, 2006
Editor: Janita M. Colbert

As you store away your bikinis and sun block, say goodbye to summer. It’s time to get excited about the sweaters, coats, and boots that the fall and winter season will bring!
  • Colors of the season: Red, black, white, indigo and bright blue, purple and grey. And of course neutrals.
  •
  • Combine these colors: All black, black/white, black/red,indigo/red/white, blue/black, blue/purple.
  • Fabrics: Metallics like gold, silver and copper. Knits, animal prints with leopard being the most popular, patent leather is very hot this season especially on bags and shoes.
Our Massima necklace has that flair of animal print and volume at the same time. While this vintage Makarim belt exudes elegance with its metallic accents....

  • Styles: Bubble skirts, big blouses, wide leg trousers, volume, fur trims, layers, bows, military, jumpers, princess coats and bows.
Our vintage coat, PAOLA, is great example of a princess coat with the season's most romantic touch, the bow ,right on the neckline....how sweet!
  • Shoes: town shoes, flats with bows, metallic shoes, high-heeled loafers, ankle straps, riding boots, booties (ankle boots).
  • Hair: Big waves, disheveled, texture, no more soft looks or bone straight hair, headbands.
  • Make up: Smokey navy blue shade or eyeliner softens the skin tone, rather than using black. White eyeliner is back and HOT! Red lips. Remember to balance, if you do deep eyes, do sheer lips, if you do deep lips, do soft eyes. Change the intensity of your look from day to night.
  • Jewelry: Vintage jewelry is hotter than ever and will give your basic outfit, a glam look. Check out what we have for you this fall:
